Facebook use in the classroom

I maintain separate accounts: personal (using my maiden name) and teaching (using my Spanish classroom name).  I use FB for school, only to communicate what is going on in our Spanish Club.  I also post notes in Spanish while I'm traveling in Mexico or Spain, along with pictures.  I will also acknowledge a student's birthday with a post in Spanish.  I do not let anything become personal communciation.  I also block all of their wall posts when they friend me.  I don't want to have them clogging up my wall, and I'm genuinely not interested in policing what their behavior is, as I see that as a parent's job.
